Responsibilities
- Conducting complex and large-scale commercial litigation (both independently and as part of a team)
- Active participation in marketing activities (drafting articles, legal alerts, analytical reviews, participating in webinars, etc.)

BIRCH’s Dispute Resolution Practice is one of the market leaders. Our casework has involved disputes with amounts in controversy valued at over RUB 200bn. The size of the practice is currently 21 lawyers, including 3 partners.

Requirements
- Proven experience in managing litigation projects
- At least 2 years of PQE following a Master's degree gained at an international or leading Russian law firm
- Strong academic background
- Creativity grounded in experience, enabling the proposal of bold legal solutions
- Fluency in English, including professional legal terminology
- Admission to the Bar (Attorney status) preferred
