- International arbitration experiene
- Active participation in marketing (writing articles, alerts, and analyses, participating in webinars, etc.)

BIRCH’s Dispute Resolution Practice is one of the market leaders. Our casework has involved disputes with amounts in controversy valued at over RUB 150 bn. The size of the practice is currently 21 lawyers, including 3 partners.

Requirements
- Experience in conducting litigation as a team leader (corporate, construction, real estate or any other types of disputes)
- Strong academic background specializing in litigation
- Creativity backed by experience that allows you to offer bold solutions
- PQE of 5 years (post-master’s degree) in an international or leading Russian law firm
- Fluent English, including professional terminology
- Advocates are preferred
