• representing the interests of a major Russian bank, part of a European banking group, in a series of disputes regarding joint liability
• developing a comprehensive trial defense strategy for a large recruiting company in a protection of business reputation matter
• representing a systemically important Russian bank in a dispute with its foreign sister company regarding the recovery of counter-guarantee payments, as well as in a case against a major Russian manufacturing firm in in the Russian state court over the recovery of bank guarantee payments
• representing the interests of a participant in a corporate conflict in a case challenging an invalid additional agreement to a suretyship agreement and defending its interests in proceedings to recover the surety amount under a loan agreement
• preparing a memorandum on Russian law and providing further representation in a corporate conflict related to the misuse of protected intellectual property
