About
Anton has successfully represented his clients’ interests for over 20 years in arbitrazh courts as well as courts of general jurisdiction of various instances, including the Supreme Court of the RF and arbitration courts. Anton has considerable experience in representing his clients’ interests in arbitration and in supporting the construction of real estate, including high-risk industrial construction.
Among other things, Anton specializes in anti-doping law and is the deputy chairman of the RUSADA Disciplinary Anti-Doping Committee.
Experience
- representing Sanofi Russia, Johnson & Johnson, Roche Diagnostics Rus, and Bayer in the bankruptcy case of a pharmacy chain
- representing ENNOVA in the case of recovery of losses caused by shortcomings made during the development of design documentation for the construction of the Nizhny Novgorod CHP
- representing Lotte Rus in disputes regarding the terms of lease of commercial real estate
- representing the interests of Bayer in the case of overturning the decision of the ICAC at the RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry on the rights to the building of the Trekhgornaya Manufactory on Rodchelskaya Street in Moscow
- representing the Russian Football Union in the Penza City Court in order to formulate the practice of recourse for collecting fines from fans imposed by UEFA on the RFU (2021)
- representing the Roman Catholic Church (Archdiocese of Our Lady of Moscow) in arbitrazh courts in a claim against the Moscow Government for the transfer into ownership (denationalization) of real estate (a complex of Catholic church buildings) nationalized by the USSR
