Arsen specializes in providing complex legal support in M&A transactions, establishing joint ventures as well as consulting on their business operations, corporate restructuring, reorganization and the liquidation of legal entities.

Arsen’s projects generally include advising Russian and foreign clients in the TMT, consumer retail and banking sectors.

Experience

• advising the largest British holding company in the field of communications, advertising, public relations, technology and trade on a project related to the sale of participation interest in more than 20 legal entities in Russia
• advising a leading Russian energy company on the acquisition of participation interest in a limited liability partnership established under the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• advising the beneficial owners of Modi, a Russian retailer of wide range of goods, on the sale of their business to the Russian investment company GEM Invest
• advising a leading Russian bank in respect of granting a loan in favor of a major Russian construction company and the establishment of a JV
• advising the largest independent French group of companies specializing in the construction of surface and underground facilities on the issue of transferring assets of a Russian company and ensuring the protection of the client's interests
