Experience
- assisting in representing a Swiss bank in a dispute over the recovery of RUB 150m as part of enforcement proceedings. The funds were returned to the client in full
- assisting in preparing a memorandum governed by Russian law for arbitration proceedings before the ICC
- assisting in concluding a settlement agreement in a dispute over the recovery of unjust enrichment for non-contractual electricity consumption, as a result of which the debtor reduced the amount of debt from RUB 220m to RUB 4m
