• providing comprehensive legal support, including conducting thorough legal due diligence and preparing transaction documentation, in a transaction on acquiring a 50% participating interest in a group of companies specializing in land development projects
• providing comprehensive legal support throughout a transaction on the sale of participating interest in a company developing personnel recruitment platform, including preparing transaction documentation
• consulting a project company of a state corporation on business and corporate governance issues
• representing the interests of investors of a major advertising holding, including consulting on various issues of corporate governance and providing legal support on transactions involving the sale and purchase of shares
• providing comprehensive legal support throughout the sales of various foreign companies’ assets to local management, including preparing transaction documentation and obtaining approval from the Government Commission on the Control of Foreign Investment in the RF to perform the transactions
• representing the interests of a seaport’s beneficiaries in a dispute over the challenging of transactions
