• advising on the acquisition of a leading micro-mobility subscription service by a major investment fund, including conducting due diligence (IP-asset deal)
• advising a major tech-investor on the acquisition of an AdTech platform for advertising placements in Telegram
• performing a comprehensive audit of IP ownership for a leading Russian cosmetics company in regard to its key IP and implementing end-to-end mitigation of identified IP risks
• conducting IP due diligence of the Russian subsidiary of a major international tobacco company in relation to a contemplated transaction
