- developing a comprehensive trial defense strategy for a large recruiting company on the issue of protecting business reputation
- developing a comprehensive trial defense strategy for an investment company in disputes regarding the recovery of losses and compensation from the management company
- representing the interests of a participant in a corporate conflict in a case challenging an invalid additional agreement to a guarantee agreement, as well as protecting his interests in a case on the collection of the guarantee amount under a loan agreement
- preparing a memorandum under Russian law and providing further representation in the framework of a corporate conflict related to the misuse of protected intellectual property
