• representing the interests of a design and survey institute in a dispute over the recovery of damages from a state customer involving the adoption and cancellation of interim measures
• representing contractors in disputes with a state customer under contracts for the production of design projects for college premises and facades
• representing an individual creditor in a case on the bankruptcy of a citizen in terms of the consideration of a claim for debt collection under an agency agreement
• preparing a legal due diligence report on the assets of a large freelance platform involving intellectual property rights and contracts with counterparties
• drafting marriage contracts and alimony agreements, as well as representing a spouse in a divorce dispute; representing a citizen in a dispute with a supplier of mining equipment
• representing an energy company in a dispute over recovery of unjust enrichment from a guaranteeing supplier
