Stepan specializes in corporate law and M&A, as well as in the procedures surrounding the creation, reorganization, and liquidation of corporations. He participates in legal due diligence and the subsequent legal support of transactions, providing consultations for domestic and foreign companies.

In addition, Stepan has experience in private equity, as well as in corporate, commercial, land, bankruptcy and other types of disputes.

Experience

• drafting amendments to the charter of the developer's company for the subsequent alienation of its share capital
• drafting a corporate agreement to resolve a corporate conflict
• preparing a memorandum for a company, as well as advising and supporting it during liquidation
• drafting constituent documents and crafting management conditions for a personal fund, including providing support during the registration procedure and assisting with subsequent transactions in the interests of the fund
• providing legal support for the alienation of units of the Private closed-end investment fund and advising on voting at the general meeting of investment unit holders
• developing a legal position, preparing procedural documents, and litigating the exclusion of a member of a major logistics company in court
