Victoria advises clients on corporate and commercial law matters. She assists in drafting agreements, memoranda, due diligence, legal support of transactions and advising on international investment and compliance issues.

Victoria is also experienced in representing clients in litigation and assisting in the settlement of disputes.

Experience

• conducting due diligence on a group of companies engaged in the purchase and export of agricultural products
• conducting due diligence on a group of companies offering cloud and physical IT infrastructure for applications and data
• providing legal support to a major retail chain operator, including preparation of transaction documentation
• advising a group of investors on selecting the most favorable conditions for foreign (Russian) capital investments in African continental states
• representing a Russian bank in a dispute over bank guarantees with an international credit organization in a Russian state court
• developing a plan of action for the restructuring of a group of companies that organizes cargo transportation
