We managed to include the creditor's claim against the debtor in the register and successfully represented the client's interests in the courts of the first and appellate instances in a separate dispute on invalidating a payment transaction under a supply agreement between our client and the debtor. Currently, we are monitoring and analyzing the procedural actions of the participants in the bankruptcy case (challenging suspicious transactions, bringing controlling persons to subsidiary liability), monitoring the formation of the bankruptcy estate and advising the client on all issues arising in connection with the bankruptcy case
